The space
Step into a slice of history with our beautifully remodeled Victorian-style house, offering a stress-free getaway near the heart of Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and luxurious bathroom, this charming abode promises a relaxing stay.

Channel your inner chef in our well-stocked kitchen, complete with an array of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils. Start your day with fresh coffee from our Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: Ascend to the upstairs bedroom featuring a plush King-sized mattress adorned with luxury white sheets. Bask in over 300 days of sunshine with a window offering stunning views of majestic Pikes Peak (when the foliage isn't too dense).
Bedroom 2: Discover tranquility in this bedroom boasting a comfortable queen-sized bed dressed in luxurious white linens, a spacious closet, and a window AC unit for your comfort.
Bedroom 3 / Loft Area: Located upstairs adjacent to Bedroom 1, this versatile space features four twin beds, perfect for accommodating children. Two trundle beds extend to form four twins. While lacking a door, this room offers convenience and proximity to the upstairs amenities.

Located on the main level near the kitchen, the bathroom boasts a full-sized bathtub and is equipped with all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. A hairdryer, first aid kit, cotton swabs, and extra toilet paper ensure your comfort and convenience.

Escape to the fenced-in backyard and fire up the grill for a cookout with friends and family. Gather around the fire pit for s'mores under the Colorado sky after a day of adventure.
✅ Legal
We are officially registered with the City of Colorado Springs as a short-term rental, ensuring peace of mind that your booking won't be disrupted at the last minute.
Guest access
🔑 You will have access to the entire house and everything in it! Please make yourself at home. The keypad deadbolt lock is how you will access our listing. We will message you your unique code on the morning of your arrival for self check-in! Enter your code, hit the check mark, and make yourself at home!
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Guesthouse: There is a guesthouse on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The guesthouse is just like a neighbor 🙂
❄️ Heating & Cooling: The Vibrant Victorian has central forced-air heating and window unit air conditioners to keep you comfortable year-round.
🔊 Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitoring and occupancy tech to deter parties. It is 100% private and simply measures overall decibel levels and the number of devices in our home.
