Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Conveniently situated just east of Downtown Colorado Springs, this apartment offers proximity to a plethora of attractions in the area. Originally a garage, it has been transformed into a stunning private unit with great decorations and thoughtful touches like snacks and candies on the pillows. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

No place is perfect but due to the communication with Kaitlyn, this place was super close to being absolute perfection. The place is super cozy but still plenty of room to have some privacy if you need a moment. The beds are insanely comfy too. It’s so convenient with the kitchen and the laundry room just right outside the unit. Parking was really easy and the property just felt super safe from the get go. Whether it’s this property or another of Kaitlyn’s, I’ll for sure be booking again. Even if it’s just for a staycation. R
