🔑 You have access to the entire, brand new guest suite addition. Our home is set up like a side-by-side duplex with no access between our house and the new Sheridan guest suite! Enjoy the private patio and private off street parking too!
🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Duplex Setup: Our house is set up like a duplex, and there is no connection between the two homes. You have a private entrance and off-street parking staying with us in the Sheridan Suite.

The house was nice, easy to find, and in a great location right across from Memorial Park. Unfortunately, the stay wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped. The people on the other side of the wall were very loud two of the three nights. I had to reach out to the host around 11:30 p.m., and the noise didn’t settle down until about 12:30 a.m. The house also had a strong odor when I arrived. I mentioned it to the host, and they said they would take care of it, which I hope is resolved for future guests.<br/>The host did offer me a 20% discount on a future stay, which I appreciated, but I was only staying here while renovations were being done on my house a few streets away. It’s also worth noting that you’re dealing with a management company rather than the homeowner, so some issues like noise may not be as easy to address quickly.<br/>Overall, it’s a nice place in a convenient area, but the noise and smell made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
