⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🐾 Pets: If you’re bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee: $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
🏡 Separate Unit & Shared Outdoor Spaces:
Riverside Luau, Riverside Breeze, and Riverside Hut are separate units within the same property. While your indoor space is private, all outdoor amenities—including the tiki hut, fire pit, BBQ grill, and seating areas—are shared among guests staying in other units.

Nice
Host was accommodating. Over all a great stay. My stay was perfect and peaceful. There is plenty to do in the area. Kaitlyn was an amazing host. I would definitely stay there again.
