Guest access
Enjoy full access to the main house and everything in it. Make yourself at home with full use of the kitchen and laundry room. The backyard is shared with our one-bedroom guesthouse, which is available to rent via Airbnb should you need more room for friends or family.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
⚠️ Downtown Location: Since we are so close and walking distance to downtown, there are occasionally transients nearby. Our home is safe, fully-fenced, and we've never had any issues with trespassing. However, if you are from the suburbs and used to never seeing those in need, our home might not be the best fit for you. Like most downtown cities, there are sometimes homeless people in the area.
🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

This was our 1st trip to Colorado and we were so pleased with our choice in accommodations! It is such a lovely home! Everything is well done and well kept. The hosts were very thoughtful and in touch often to make sure we had everything we needed. Our time in the hot tub was perfection, there was plenty of space to spend time with our friends, and I would definitely stay here again if we return. ❤️ Michelle

was perfect for what we needed. very kid friendly. would definitely stay again The Corona Victorian was cozy and VERY close to everything downtown; with that said - there is a lot of foot traffic. The shared private parking in the back was a perk. The three bedrooms were perfectly adequate for a family of five-you could probably comfortably fit 1-2 more folks with the fold out couch in the living room. The kitchen is large and cooking utensils are well furnished. The dedicated laundry space was an excellent amenity. We enjoyed our stay. ❤️ Wonderful property with cute victorian charm and a lovely little backyard area with a hot tub and fire pit!! and an in unit washer and dryer 11/10!! was perfect for my partner, myself and my immediate family and within walking distance of a mcdonalds and taco bell!
