Welcome to Olympic House! Our beautifully renovated upper-level unit, where early-20th century Santa Fe-style charm meets modern comfort. This thoughtfully restored 1926 Santa Fe-style home in Colorado Springs offers a perfect blend of historical elegance and contemporary amenities, making it an ideal getaway for families and professionals alike.

Guest access
You will have complete access to the entire main level of the house with a private entrance (through the front door) and everything you see in the photos. There is a separate side entrance to the lower basement unit with its own private unit that you can also rent.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🚗 Parking: We live on the corner of a high traffic street, but have plenty of free street parking on our side street and some parking in back off of the alley too!
❄️ Air Conditioning: In the summer, each bedroom has an over-sized window AC unit so you're in control of the temperature. The living room has a free-standing AC unit too.
🍳 Kitchen: We have a full kitchen, but we do not have a dishwasher.
🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will reach 102°F later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
📜 City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.

Amenities
to many guys call you at the same time Pictures does no justice. The place is spacious and comfortable. Very clean and the bed slept well. Love the amenities and the washer and dryer is top notch The hot tub and backyard is a plus! Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Comfortable, convenient, well stocked, great A/C great 2 bed, 1 bath home with spacious back yard, will keep in mind for future stays!
