📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏠 Duplex Details: This is one unit of a duplex. Both units are rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and mindful of noise. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests and is the only shared space.
🔇 Shared Space Etiquette
Since this is an upper-unit duplex, please be considerate of the guests in the lower unit. The property layout ensures privacy while promoting a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
💧 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all guests. Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be very cold in winter, sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, so if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but will be heated to 102° later in the evening.

We had an incredible stay at Kaitlyn‘s Airbnb. We really enjoyed the magnificent view of the mountains and garden of the gods from our windows. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would love to stay here again the next time we return to Colorado Springs. Great views, awesome location. Anytime anything was needed, the response was quick and attentive. Will definitely look at booking again. M

Location was great and house was clean and updated. However, it’s a split level duplex with minimal privacy. You can hear everything from the other unit. We had dogs barking non-stop during our stay. I would not return here. L

The home was clean and beds comfortable. We have to clean the hot tub and shock it ourselves.
