📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

The property itself is visually beautiful, but unfortunately our stay was extremely disappointing due to several serious issues. The washer and dryer did not work at all, which damaged some of our clothes and even the host’s sheets we were trying to wash as a courtesy. The dishwasher was barely functional, so we ended up re-washing dishes by hand, and multiple lightbulbs were out, leaving some spaces poorly lit.<br/>On top of this, there was confusion with a late checkout request. I submitted it through the host’s portal and it was approved by the system, but I never received confirmation from the host, which caused unnecessary stress at the end of our trip.<br/>Communication from the host was slow and unhelpful. It took almost a full day to hear back regarding the laundry issue, and the brief apologies offered did not come close to addressing the level of inconvenience.<br/>For a premium-priced property, I expected a much higher standard of upkeep and responsiveness. Sadly, I cannot recommend Kamand

The host were very Sponsee when you messaged them and made us feel welcome and everything went smoothly and we were able to enjoy our state. It had all the enemies that it lists and we will definitely come back again and stay there next time we are in Colorado Springs. Great place and location. Room for the entire family. Love the house. Very claen and good location! We will come back 100%
