☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

The booking here is through a company called Renjoy. You don't sign in through airbnb, you sign in through their website, providing a confirmation code and a sign-in date. It's only through there that the code to the house is provided. <br/>They were very responsive and attended to my needs. There was a low-battery smoke detector, and they door-dashed 9V batteries to me. I advised them to sharpen their knives, and they got a new knife set for me. I made a mess after cooking, and there was no broom. So they ordered one for me and left it on my doorstep. <br/>I mostly chatted with them through texting, even though airbnb suggests their messaging app. The timeliness of responses and consistent format made me wonder if I was talking with AI. I don't keep up with the latest AI detection and patterns, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were a human being assisted by AI. <br/>The place isn't entirely private, the house has 4-5 total airbnbs. 1 connected, 2-3 seperate. <br/>I'm out of space for review! I visited for thanksgiving with some friends, the space was very clean and check in and check out was very easy. The home was also within walking distance of downtown and we went a few times. Beds were super comfortable. I personally really liked the heated bathroom mirrors that prevented them from getting foggy I had never seen that before. Vanessa

We really enjoyed our stay here! When we arrived, everything looked exactly like the photos. The inside was beautiful, very clean, neat, and thoughtfully put together. The little details they added truly made us feel at home. They provided so many new essentials that most hosts might not even think about, like a brand-new dish scrubber, water bottles, snacks, fresh clean towels, and super comfortable beds.<br/>The host’s instructions were very clear, and any time I reached out, they responded extremely fast and were incredibly helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.<br/>If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely choose this home again. Highly recommend! Morgan
