The house itself was great. Very clean and spacious three good sized bedrooms and full bath where great. Kitchen and backyard where good. The reason I feel extremely disappointed was the AC. Their is no central AC that worked, so a portable unit was in the living room. I might have been satisfied each bedroom had a Unit but it was 85 degrees at nine at night. They provide fans in each closet but it was way to hot for them to be effective. Me and the other 2 guest really struggled to fall asleep and be comfortable. Place was easy to find and in a quiet, accessible area. Very clean and felt safe enough to crack the window for some air flow while sleeping. Denver is an hour away and Monitou is 20 minutes away. Easy recommend and would absolutely book again when in town. it was really nice. easy to get in easy to leave. stores an places we wanted to look at were close. enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. Exactly what we needed.
