📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family to spend 6 days. Kaitlyn was very fast to respond with any questions. The location is close to trails and easy to get downtown. Our family of 5 was very comfortable with space to spare. Great place, had a lovely time. Poker table was a huge hit and the hot tub was lovely It was a great place, however i will say there were lots of bugs inside the house. the carpet also did appear to be cleaned. overall though a good stay.
