The space
Welcome to Blackstone Hideaway, your secret spot for an amazing vacation. Please note that this is a multi-unit property. Your reservation includes the lower-level unit only. The main level unit is separate with its own private entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces between units. This cozy retreat is all about mixing comfort with style, making your stay unforgettable.

Guest access
🔑 While you're here, you have full access to the downstairs unit and all its amenities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, the kitchen, backyard, and everything else the downstairs space has. Please note that this is a multi-unit property with a separate main level unit. There are no shared interior spaces. Each unit has its own private entrance. Feel free to use everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you have any questions about the property or special requests, just let us know. We want to make sure you have a great time during your stay.
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
