Spend a few days here for vacation and it was the perfect stay. The inside was very spacious and clean, everything was walking distance and the views were amazing. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This was an unexpected find. I chose it primarily for the location as it is very close to family I was visiting. I found it was surprisingly close to all sorts of restaurants and all within walking distance. The property was really nice. I never had any issues with parking in front of the house. Even though the unit is in a basement, I never felt like I was in a basement. The windows get great natural light. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. There is also a shared laundry room that is just outside the door to the unit, so it was really convenient. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Wonderful stay! The space is very comfortable and well appointed. Incredible location close to Red Rocks, Garden of the Gods, Old Downtown, and Manitou. We will be back!

Great house! Very cozy, quiet and very chill. If you have doggos there is a little park about half block away and it’s about 150’ from a parkway that goes all the way in to Manitou if I’m not mistaken. The location makes it super easy to get just about anywhere in CO Springs.  The hosts are super responsive and helpful. My favorite thing though..the shower is AWESOME!! We stay in a LOT of air bnb’s and this one has the best shower hands down. Excellent water pressure.  <br/>We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub this time,  but it looked well maintained.  The grill was great too!

We really enjoyed our stay here!! Kaitlyn was incredibly thoughtful and responsive - she checked in a few times proactively. The place was great- certainly up there with best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. My dog and I loved sitting on the deck which was always in the sun and quite a nice view of the sunset on the mountains. <br/>Super clean, kitchen had everything we needed, lots of added things made it feel like a home - record player, great blankets, yoga mats etc. <br/>super close to great hiking spots!! The neighborhood is residential- so great for walking with my dog. Not a ton of places to walk to, like coffee shops, but none the less everything was a close drive! <br/>Overall definitely recommend this place !!
