There are a lot of steps, and the instructions to the alley could have been more clear. However, the space was much bigger than I realized! It was very nice, all the amenities described, and perfectly located within walking distance from shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in beautiful Buena Vista. The location is perfect — close to everything and surrounded by amazing views. The hosts were fantastic: very responsive, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The house itself was extremely comfortable and had everything we could ask for (and more!). We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at The Avenue Historic Mansion in downtown Manitou Springs was truly lovely. We had 21 family members and the home easily accommodated all of us. There was plenty of space to gather together as a group, while still allowing for individual activities and playtime. The kitchen and main dining room were large enough to prep and cook meals for everyone, and we enjoyed using the additional eating areas in the living room as well.The home is full of character and charm. If you love historic properties and understand the unique quirks that come with them, this is an amazing place to stay. We created wonderful memories together and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We did submit a service request for the hot tub, which was not as clean as expected, and the team responded immediately and took care of it. Overall, a fantastic experience. Five stars.

This was one of the best AirBnB’s we stayed at! The view of Pike’s Peak is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The cabin is very cozy and comes with a fully stocked kitchen, board games, movies, and Wifi. We came here for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in the mountains and this place absolutely delivered. It is completely isolated from neighbors and surrounded by pine trees. We had complete privacy. The Forrest Service land that it backs up against was really nice to venture into. The stairs are in fact pretty steep to get into the loft but if you are a decently mobile person then you should have no issue. Divide, Florissant, and Woodland Park are all within comfortable driving distance. Host is very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to combing back!

This Airbnb was truly amazing! Wouldn’t have picked a better place when making my first visit to Colorado Springs! The location is so conveniently close to everything you need, and a perfect excuse to walk the city and explore all the many great things around! The Airbnb was a perfect stay for me and my girlfriend and we are already looking forward to planning our trip to visit soon!
