Everything was great the host great. The house was nice. The only thing I wasn’t aware of in the pictures was it is 2 separate houses I thought it was one unit. It all worked out because the main house has 7 beds in it so out trip was a success! Will start out by saying Kaitlyn was very responsive & quick to communicate. Quiet neighborhood & house overall was fine. But there is room for improvement.<br/>Check-in<br/> Issues with lock on Unit A. A previous poster stated this a while ago & issue wasn't fixed. I got in touch with the Airbnb & Kaitlyn. Between the back and forth, overall it took us about 40 min to finally get into the unit<br/>The day of check-in, I got a message that I had an unpaid balance. I didn't see message tiil I gor to COS airport (3:30pm). In addition to to dealing with the lock at check in, I dealt with this. Apparently, there was miscommunication between Kaitlyn & Airbnb<br/>The thermostat was set to 73 degrees but inside temp was 77. Eventually it cooled off inside<br/>Cleanliness<br/>-Hallway bathroom & Unit B were dirty. I washed shower & shower curtain<br/>-Hot tub has standing H2O & mosquitos were floating in it. Hot tub still doesn't work. <br/>I didn't want maintenance there so didn't ask for someone to come clean.
