Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. A minimum $300 fee will apply if smoking is detected during your stay.
🧑💼 Minimum Age
Guests on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The named reservation guest must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
🔒 Security
For security, there are exterior audio/video recording cameras. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
🚗 Parking
Free street parking, driveway parking, and garage parking are available.
⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at or after 4 pm, and check-out is prior to or at 10 am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
Guest access
🔑 You will have access to the entire place, including the washer and dryer for use at your convenience during your stay! Enjoy easy access to the EV charger in the garage for your vehicle!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

I am beyond upset. My husband got bedbugs and we contacted customer service from Airbnb and because we did not have enough pictures and documentation they could not refund us. Complete nightmare! This was our first time to Colorado and our room was the only room, obviously that had bedbugs. I did not know we had to take excessive documentation. I would’ve thought my screenshots from my inbox messages. The next day when my husband broke out would have sufficed. Worst experience I’ve had with Airbnb. I will say that Kaitlyn was a great host. She was welcoming, friendly, understanding and very communicative. However our stay was a complete inconvenience to our vacation. Based on the profile of the property, my family and I felt comfortable with booking; only to find out that our home away from home did not meet the acceptable standards. The linen on the beds were not clean. There were stains (dirt and makeup) on all layers of the linen, false eyelashes, hairs….Juice spills located on the wall and floor, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the leather couch, that’s pictured, is completely worn apart and is not in any condition to be used. The cleaning team completely neglected their job which inconvenienced the plans that we had for the day. HOWEVER, Kaitlyn was very kind throughout the whole process. Kaitlyn gets 5 stars for her hospitable personality but the property itself gets 1 star due to our experience.
