The space
After parking in the long driveway, enjoy walking through the custom metal gate and around to the keyless entry, allowing you to come and go as you please during your stay!

In the kitchen, cook to your heart's content! It's perfectly stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. We happily provide a Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for your stay.

We have baseboard heaters so that you can choose the most optimal temperature throughout your stay. The portable AC unit is removed during the winter and re-installed in the spring, ensuring comfort year-round.

🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire Loft to include the private desk where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the crisp Colorado mornings! You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here. We are thrilled for the opportunity to host you while on your travels!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

This house was exactly as described. Clean, modern and easily accessible. Plenty of room for the four who stayed, two adults and two children.<br/>It's an interesting setup with the other buildings connected to it but we did not run into any other people, it was not noisy, our space was defined well. <br/>We will stay here again if it is available on our next trip. The hostess was prompt with responses and made sure everything was taken care of when we ask. <br/>They use a rental management company so there were a couple of times when I had two different people communicating similar information to me. One was the hostess and one was the management company, this was a little confusing at times. I just communicated with both and things went very well. Jakelina

This place was so cute, clean and had everything you needed. It was so close to everything you can do in Colorado Springs. We never drive more than 10 to 15 min for anything. Would totally recommend! The host was also super easy to get in contact with and felt like I was texting someone I knew. Thank you for the hospitality! J

I would legitimately live in this unit if the universe made it a possibility. It’s so cozy, feels safe and very much like home, and is close enough to so many hospitals and the like that it makes me feel entirely safe for my glance to be left alone even after her cardiac arrest (due to septic shock) and comatose state last year. Just a wonderful place and a lovely location. We’ll definitely be back. 🕊️🤍💫😌
