📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏨 No Onsite Maintenance or Cleaning: We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning services like hotels, but rest assured, all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
❄️ Central AC: Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, lowering the thermostat below 68 degrees may freeze the unit if it’s working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime—simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements: Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking to ensure they meet your needs.
🗑️ Trash Disposal: Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and to protect the surrounding active wildlife in the area.
📺 TV Streaming: The TVs offer streaming services only, so guests can use their own subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
🚫 No Pets: This house is not pet-friendly. Please be respectful of this rule to keep it safe for any guests who stay after you who might have pet allergies.

It was okay, just smaller and not as clean as I expected, was in a okay spot of town Kaitlyn's place was great. I loved that the property was fenced, we have 4 young kids. We're not huge TV people, but a TV in each room was nice at the end of the night or on game nights! Really quiet neighborhood with a park right around the corner. Need and pillows were comfy and the crock pot was an added bonus! Overall it was clean and comfy, I wish it were available for longer than we had it. We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a great outdoor space for BBQs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend!
