Kaitlyn (K) is an amazing host!When our initial booking had a maintenance issue, K was proactive the night before our booking and gave us two upscaled options from which to choose for our four night stay with no additional charge. We were in town for a family funeral and she went above and beyond to take care of us. K had a beautiful flower arrangement and sympathy card waiting for us when we checked in. She always responded quickly to any questions we had. This home is absolutely beautiful and well-kept. It served us perfectly for our family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, a toddler and newborn. We also were able to invite 6 other family members over for dinner during our stay, which meant a great deal during this time of bereavement, since relatives from CA, TX, CO and NM came into town. I highly recommend Kaitlyn and the Renjoy team for this and any rental in Colorado Springs that they manage.

This place was awesome. Very cute house. We were never bothered by the people in the attached unit. Would stay again.Show more The house… gorgeous. Very well put together and clean. Host was very responsive when there was slight confusion about how to check in. Also very responsive when the WiFi listed didn’t match what was available. My only issue was the lack of clear information telling renters that it is in fact a shared space. While yes, you have the “entire house”, the house has been separated into at least 3 different units, with shared walls and shared outdoor amenities listed. All spaces have separate entrances, which was great, but if you are renting the main portion of the house like we did, if there is anybody renting out the back upstairs unit, you will hear them day in and out. There is also a door in the upstairs hallway that separates the two units that sound passes through easily. Not a big deal at all, I just wish it was more prominent information in the listing. We were there for our wedding and the last thing we would want to do is disturb another renter trying to enjoy a vacation!Show more It was clean. We didn’t realize that the property and home was split into several different rentals/residences. Our kids kept saying they heard people talking which we thought was impossible. Upon going upstairs we realized they were having a loud party after midnight down the hall from all of our kids. This happened both nights and the parties lasted well into the morning. Had we known this house was going to be “split” we definitely would not have stayed there. The value didn’t seem correct with them partying thru the night and not allowing us to sleep. On the flip side of that, we felt like we needed to be quiet and be neighborly and couldn’t relax and let the kids be kids.Show more
