Guest access
You will have access to the entire private, newly-remodeled, main level apartment. You will have a unique door code to the smart lock that will only be active for the duration of your stay for maximum security and convenience for our guests.
During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Exterior security cameras on property
Perfect for our weekend visit! <br/>Everything we wanted to see and do were close. Luke was very responsive and helpful! Great place and amazing view I also love the walk out master bedroom to patio area Great location with lots of space, the fire pit and BBQ in the outdoor space overlooking the city were perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the evening. <br/>The apartment was nicely decorated and all 3 beds were big with comfortable mattresses. <br/>For some reason (a combination long day and late-ish arrival) it wasn’t clear to me this was a basement unit (the address doesn’t have an A/B in the listing) and I had a bit of trouble getting in. Kaitlyn, Luke and Lexi were quick to get me squared away. <br/>Being a converted basement unit you can hear people upstairs talking/moving around and the AC/heat are controlled entirely by the upstairs unit. Again, the hosts were quick to remotely address the upstairs tenant leaving the AC on full and heading out for the day when we got back to a freezing apartment. <br/>Overall this is an excellent location at a good price, with a few quirks of being a converted basement - this is a great value for what you’re paying.
