🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Kaitlyn was a great host! Whenever we had questions, she was very quick to respond and able to help us out. The check in and out was a super smooth process and the instructions made it clear as to what to do. There was lots of parking, we had quite a few people coming so that was a great addition to our stay. Everything was working great and clear on how to use. We’d definitely stay again! Kaitlyn was very responsive and was always willing to help with anything that may have come up during the stay. The house was in a great location, with lots to do nearby. Lots of fun was also had at the house with a game room, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Overall, a great option for any larger group! This place was perfect for our large group of adults. Plenty of space for hanging out together. The fire pit area was fantastic and the swings were fun. The beds were comfortable. Some of the doors don't shut all the way - but was still worth having all the extra space. Also the neighborhood was very nice for being in the middle of the city. Alexandria
