The main living room is perfect for movie nights or quiet relaxation, while the basement living room offers an additional lounge space, ideal for gatherings or unwinding after a day of adventure. Please note that the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
🏊 Pool: The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, offering the perfect spot to cool off during the warmer months. After Labor Day, the pool is drained and refreshed each Summer to ensure it's ready for your next sunny getaway. Please note that the pool is not available outside of these dates.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was the perfect size for our group of 14, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location was also excellent, close to all the places we wanted to visit, which made getting around super easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Victoria

This stay had both positives and notable maintenance issues. <br/>The host was extremely responsive and kind and the layout and sleeping arrangements are a strong point, especially for larger groups. Bathrooms are updated, and the decor is beautiful and thoughtfully done.<br/>Unfortunately, the overall condition of the home needs attention. The kitchen is dated; cookware was extremely limited and worn; the coffee machine and fireplace did not work; carpets were stained throughout; several appliances and fixtures were broken or worn; the basement was colder than the main level; and the outdoor areas showed neglect and no landscaping; including debris (beer bottles and cigarettes) and deteriorating fencing.<br/>It’s clear this home was designed with care and love, but maintenance and cleaning have fallen very short. With improved upkeep, the property has strong potential to truly reflect the photos. <br/>I personally would not return, though I really wanted to live this place. Tristen

The house is beautiful! And spacious! We did come across some issues with the basement lights/ outlets not working, some of the upstairs doors not closing and the bathroom door getting stuck. We let Kaitlyn’s team know the first night and nothing was done about it. At the end of our stay Kaitlyn did compensate us for the problems we had. Kaitlyn’s a great host!
