🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire property! The 5 listings are typically rented separately, but this listing is for the whole property. All 5 units, the 4 sets of laundry machines, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 kitchens, incredible courtyard with a large, custom built fire pit, 2 other standard size fire pits, BBQ grill, and the Corn Hole games plus outdoor seating! There is access to a private game room featuring foosball, skeeball,, and a TV—there’s plenty of space for everyone. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. This code will be used for keyless entry, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Exterior security cameras on property
Overall, this stay was worth the price given the size, location, amenities and aesthetic. It has its faults though. The electrical was spotty all weekend, blinking on and off and outlets being loose in the wall. There were also so many minor damages (just wear and tear and other guests) that we couldn’t keep up with the reporting. The kitchens are stocked sort of well, but the lots of dishes had to be washed by hand due to dried food, we rented the whole complex so we borrowed from other units things that were missing. The beds are comfy and homes are cute. Unfortunately the management (RenJoy) encourages communication outside the app, texted constantly encouraging us to extend the stay and they sent a Maitenance man into the home without alerting us, a child was alone and all around lost my trust instantly. Their solution was offering a discounted stay. I won’t stay with them again based on the disconnected property management set up. It’s great for large groups though. M

friends' reunion
As a group of twenty people with a wide range of ages, we had a variety of needs that needed to be met, and this property met most of them. We stayed in every single unit, and we used all the amenities. We were, overall, very happy with our stay. Cleanliness - The interior cleanliness of the units was good. Floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms were clean. There was noticeable mold on the ceiling of the bathroom of some units, so those with mold sensitivities may want to choose a different location. The exterior cleanliness of the building was ok, as there were two areas of standing water that hadn't been cleared up. Safety - The fences *mostly* kept our young children contained, and we were able to easily and reliably use the locks on our unit doors. (One unit's door keypad was broken, but those guests were given a physical key.) Unit B has a dangerous set of stairs immediately outside the front door that needs to be maneuvered around very carefully. The neighborhood is on a busy and loud main road, but we didn't notice any nefarious activity. Check-In - Clear instructions were given for check-in, and we had prompt communication with the property manager when needed regarding a broken door keypad. We also got quick responses to other questions about parking, etc.Amenities - We ate all meals together, so we were happy with all the outdoor seating. Having twelve children along, we really appreciated the arcade space (all its games and the tv work) and enclosed patio. A

Studio bathroom was very tiny. Hard to get ready in. We loved the outside space and game room. Top 2 apts were great.
