You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. - 2026-09-15T16:09:55Z · 4/5: The property itself was as described, comfortable and mostly clean. Our main issue was the property management company, Renjoy. For a 6-night stay, we had to either pay a non-refundable $180 damage fee or put down a $500 refundable deposit after already booking. Everything, including check-in instructions, had to be accessed through a third-party site, and communication was initiated by text instead of Airbnb. We got multiple incorrect maintenance messages, our door code didn’t work and we had to remote unlock through their site, and after promising late checkout as compensation, they later said it wasn’t possible. On checkout day, a Renjoy employee sat outside the house an hour before checkout which made us uncomfortable. There was also an undisclosed exterior camera pointing directly at the hot tub that was not included in the listing. The house itself was fine, but dealing with Renjoy felt sketchy, inconsistent, and frustrating. I won't book a Renjoy-managed Airbnb again.
