Such a good deal for the price the room was super cute and homey too This is a nice place to stay. The host was friendly and helpful. The property is located close to the downtown CS, yet on a quiet street. It’s easy to get to stores, restaurants and sightseeing spots. The kitchenette is stocked with coffee pods, snacks and drinks. I stayed here for 1 week. There are several things wrong with this place. First of all, I had to ask the host for the door code and wifi because the guidebook they sent does not have complete information. The driveway is icy and hard to walk up from the street. Upon arrival I stepped in a wet stain that was clearly animal feces that hadn’t been cleaned up, at 6pm Renjoy was rude and unhelpful. The washer machine was flooded with water and spilled all over the floor. They would not send maintenance or a cleaner on check in day. I asked them to provide supplies and towels so I could clean up but they waited until the next afternoon to drop it on the door step. Also you cannot control the temperature in the unit you have to text someone to let them know if you are hot or cold. Very inconvenient to say the least. The unit overall is very dingy and dirty. You can hear everything going on upstairs. The upstairs neighbors walked around loudly at night and you can hear everything. Zero stars.
