We found a lot of hair on the bedding besides that it was good. although it was quite disappointing to have the hot tub nonfunctional for the weekend we were there.

- 2026-07-20T18:03:34.000Z · 5.0/5: The Mesa House was a terrific place to stay. The view from the patio is unbeatable! All you see are mountains and trees....it's hard to spot another house. There is so much space in this house. We had lots of bedrooms, there are two eating areas, a large kitchen, spacious living room, and downstairs play area. This house really felt like we were staying in someone's home: there are lots of extra items in the kitchen that are not usually found in a rental home. We used the washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. The days were warm and we appreciated the A/C throughout the home. There were also lots of "extras" like a hot tub, putting green, electric blinds, etc.We had 15 people stay in the house and it didn't seem cramped. I also want to mention the yard. It is nice to have a flat yard for the kids to play in...many local mountain homes are built on a slope and the yard is very steep. Our kids made paper airplanes and threw them off the deck onto the yard in a distance contest (great old fashioned fun!).This house was close to so many places we wanted to go: Pikes Peak Cog Railroad, Seven Falls, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Helen Hunt Falls, etc. While convenient to many tourist spots, the location was really restful and quiet.

The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance needed to feel right at home . The mountain views were beautiful ! The house next door provided the added benefit of unique and creative sculptors which were fun to see and enjoy. Trailheads are located literally right across from the driveway , making a hike easily accessible anytime of day. Response time for the few questions was prompt, friendly, concise and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again with our family. It’s a beautiful home !

We appreciated their responsiveness and all the amenities, especially in the kitchen. Great location, close to the Broadmoor, Seven Falls, and North Cheyenne trails.
