Kaitlyn's BNB is clean, private, and everything we needed for our quick trip to Colorado Springs. We appreciated the complimentary snacks. Great location for what we were doing during the weekend.Show more The host was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. There were thorough instructions prior to check-in which was helpful and the space looked exactly as described. I will say that unfortunately i had to leave early due to an overwhelming smell of mold which was starting to make me sick, however, the host took this into consideration and said she would be getting a mold inspection. This was likely due to the fact that it is a basement area with limited ventilation. Overall, I had a pretty good experience and would definitely check out other listings from this host in the future.Show more
