Welcome to your private escape in the heart of Old Colorado City! This upstairs unit provides a cozy, convenient basecamp for your adventures. With a private entrance and smart lock, your comfort and privacy are guaranteed.

Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Whether you're the chef in your group or you just barely know your way around a kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to make a full breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

My family stayed in Kaitlyn’s place while we came out to visit my son who is stationed at Fort Carson. <br/>This is such a wonderful Airbnb. <br/>The location is nestled into a charming, peaceful , beautiful safe neighborhood that was walking distance to stores and very conveniently located to all the tourist attractions ! <br/>The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were dark for sleeping , the kitchen had all the amenities ( Keurig and coffee pot) and even extra snacks , coffee, creamer, sugar, tea and spices. Kitchen was filled with Everything needed to eat at home if you wanted. <br/>We were able to control temperature on thermostat . <br/>High end washer and dryer available. <br/>Check in and finding the place was very easy . <br/>Overall a great place to stay when visiting Colorado Springs !<br/>And last but not least, Kaitlyn was a very kind , receptive host ! <br/>Thank you <br/>We will be back ! Kaitlyn was amazing !
She was super accommodating and understanding . She was super friendly and had great communication throughout our stay . The house was equipped with what we needed, the perfect home for a group of 4 . We were very comfortable with our stay . Would recommend ! Looking to see what other great stays she has to offer .
