📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

ME AND MY FIANCÉ CAME TO COLORADO SPRINGS THIS YEAR! THE TREEHOUSE WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED WITH VERY BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS , LOTS OF THINGS TO DO! HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE FOR THE PRICE ! OVER ALL OUR EXPERIENCE IN COLORADO HAS ALWAYS BEEN MAJESTIC , DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK !! J

The property is very interesting and a cozy stay. Will be looking forward to booking again we had a fine stay at the treehouse, and appreciated that it was dog friendly and the complimentary snacks upon arrival. <br/>i didn’t like having to pay the pet fee through a third party website, and only being able to see check in/check out instructions through that separate site. i think that needs to be made much more explicit in the listing description. especially since the final total reflected on airbnb when i went to pay did not include the extra $100 i had to pay outside the app.<br/>i also didn’t appreciate the AI responses from the host. when the coffee machine didn’t work, the AI “response” ensured i’d receive my morning coffee one way or another. i assumed they’d bring something by or offer a small refund for having to go into town to buy coffee. when i finally got a response from an actual human, i was only offered their apologies for the broken coffee machine. not a huge deal, but that’s why we don’t want AI chat bots responding to our messages instead of actual humans…
