⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.
💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. This property is managed by a company called Renjoy. They make you sign a separate agreement after you pay on Airbnb. While the property itself was cute and as described, I use Airbnb for the personal touch. First, the company refused to let me drop off my bags in the morning, so I had to bring my luggage to my meeting. When I arrived, the door code I retrieved from Renjoy was incorrect. The host didn't respond to my messages, but when I called another person who sounded like she was at a call center answered and gave me the correct code. The next day when I came back to the property that code didn't work, but luckily it was now the original code. Renjoy wanted me to take the trash out to colored bins; I couldn't find them so I left the trash on the porch. The ladder rungs to the loft bed are straight rebar, so you need to have shoes on to get up there. I slept on the futon downstairs. Overall, cute place if you don't mind dealing with a separate management company.
