☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $20 per half hour late.

Cute place right across the street from the hospital. Which was very convenient since I am working at that hospital. Renjoy hosts were very responsive. The tv broke and they came and replaced it the next day very promptly.
This is a managed place and not done by an owner. Check in and parking were confusing. This is a duplex. The 2 parking spots and duplex doors are not clearly marked which caused confusion with both guests. During the evening we noticed there were less towels than guests we had and they never brought them over until the next day. When they were brought, the door was left unlocked. Additionally, we needed wifi and it did not work and there was not an effort to get it fixed. Also, Verizon service is not great in the house. The area was a little rough but that was expected based on the price. They charge for early checkin. This is also a place that has a cleaning "list" but still charges a high cleaning fee.
Overall the place was okay, however, because this is managed by a company, I felt we were treated as a number rather than someone who wants to run a business and ensure their guest stay is over the top. Im not saying I wouldn't recommend this place but I would not stay here again.
