We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was neat and clean with a well stocked kitchen.<br/>The host was very responsive.<br/>Perfectly suited our needs for the weekend! Great place to stay exactly what we needed for our family and dog. Located in a great area too. Kaitlyn was a friendly and seemed like a kind host. I was not particularly a fan of how this property goes through a rental company and was asked to pay additional fees on their website. Additionally, when dealing with a rental company you are not dealing with the owner of the property. I felt as if this company did not care about my comfort and only wanted my money. Upon first arrival we were very excited. Once we went to make dinner we noticed that the dishes that were put away were still dirty. I notified the host and she promptly responded stating she would follow up with the cleaning team. <br/>This did seem more like a hotel stay as it is through Renjoy, their cleaning team needs some work as i felt they could have overall done a better job at cleaning the place.<br/>The fenced in yard was cool to have for the dogs. The grill outside is unusable though because of the amount of cleaning and maintenance it needs done to it.<br/>The neighborhood is questionable but it is located across the street from a hospital so any weird instances we did see where taken care of pretty quickly from law enforcement.<br/>As a first Air BnB stay this was quiet an experience, although we do wish it was better maintained, it still was a pleasant stay.
