⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

🛀 Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at very cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening if drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

We were having a family reunion, coming together from four different states. The location of the house to our two Colorado Springs families as well as the airport worked very well. The house itself was a delight, giving us room to enjoy one another but with enough room to spread out. All eleven of the cousins enjoyed the houses' amenities while the parents could relax, enjoying conversation and laughter. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms spotless, and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and such. All in all, it was a wonderful place to be and we are grateful to Kaitlyn's hospitality and quick responses. Well done and thank you! Satheesh

Kaitlyn was a great host for our group of 7. The home was very clean upon check-in. And during our stay the home was very comfortable. The check-out instructions were very clear and simple to do. This home is ideal for a family and teens. It was perfect for our group of 11 and the teens and some adults loved the game room. From the outside it appears somewhat modest but the inside and back yard have been refurbished with great care. Hit a 3 on checkin as the checkin device was not working, however, got a pretty rapid response from the help line. It was repaired the following morning. Would stay here again.
