The spacious living room, equipped with a large Smart TV, provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Whether you're nestled on the couch or catching the game from the adjacent kitchen or dining area, this space invites relaxation and entertainment. Gather around for a night of board games and cherished moments!

A step away from the living area, the kitchen awaits with comprehensive amenities for culinary enthusiasts. From cooking utensils, cookware, bakeware, mixing bowls to measuring cups and a can opener, everything you need is at your fingertips. Whether you're the chef of the group or prefer observing from the island seat, the layout facilitates gathering with loved ones, friends, and colleagues.

The unit comprises four bedrooms, each adorned with ultra-comfortable beds and luxurious linens for a restful night's sleep.
King Master Bedroom: Features an en-suite bathroom fully stocked with premium amenities.
Twin Bunkbed Bedroom: Equipped with three twin beds, ample floor space, and a built-in desk.
Queen Bedroom: Includes twin bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed.
Second King Master Bedroom: Offers a twin futon, a built-in fireplace, and a walk-out into the backyard.

For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.

The backyard unfolds as a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering an array of activities to captivate you for hours. PICKLEBALL PALACE boasts three full-size Pickleball courts, equipped with all necessary gear, a built-in basketball hoop, badminton equipment, ladder-ball, life-size Four-in-a-row, and Corn Hole! The garage game room is a treasure trove, featuring a ping pong table, shuffleboard, a large Smart TV, and a futon for additional relaxation. Ideal for family game nights or friendly competitions with friends.

Just beyond the kitchen, a spacious patio area beckons with abundant outdoor seating and a gas grill for delightful al fresco dining. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the court while enjoying a relaxing outdoor experience.

🔑During your stay, enjoy the entire property to include plenty of driveway parking, laundry machines in the unit that you can use at your convenience, and a large fully fenced backyard!
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half-hour late.
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏓 Pickleball Court: The pickleball court is seasonal—open for play most of the year, but it won’t be cleared of snow during the winter months.
🏠 Entire Palace: You get the ENTIRE palace to yourself! On over 1/2 acre of land, you'll have the perfect base camp for your group!
