📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half-hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Fun Fun Space!
My friends and I had so much fun staying at the Pickleball Palace! We played pickleball all day Saturday and enjoyed the fire pit that night as well as grilled burgers. Ping pong was a great way to spend the day inside when it rained nonstop during our first night there. I did bring my own paddles and balls as i read in reviews there weren’t any or they were broken and I am glad i brought my own cuz I couldn’t find any paddles on site. The kitchen is large enough to have many people there and an eat at island was convenient but dining table was comfortable too and large. Everyone liked their bed and slept well and the beds were clean. The bathrooms and showers were clean and there were many towels. It is a very quiet property in a quant neighborhood. Only thing I would suggest is there should be a welcome book that details amenities and states the wifi and password. I had to message the concierge about the wifi but she was very quick to respond. all in all it was a great stay. I would stay again. The house was easily accessed. Met our adults kids, spouses, and grandkids. We checked in around 4:30. After everyone arrived, began to go through sleeping arrangements - no sheets for the hide-abed, only 12 towels for 15 registered guests. Contacted Kaitlyn, after going back and forth 3 times plus looking in a locked closet - still no sheets. Kaitlyn (K) responded, "HI Tami, I am afraid, I have no one to bring them over tonight. Rest assured it will be brought over tomorrow. Thank you for your patience." Next morning, nothing, at 10, I texted her, and we proceeded to make a big breakfast, all pans had dried food on them and a MOUSE ran across the kitchen floor. When sheets arrive, NO TOWELS! back to K again, after back and forth several times i asked if 12 towels for 15 people was new math - we got at 4pm. With all the trouble, we read last week's review on hot tub we chose not to risk. It is a pretty property but not for 16 people as advertised, zero maintence & minimal cleaning Wonderful for family gatherings
We had a wonderful stay at Pickleball Palace for Air Force graduation. Very comfortable! So much to do! Location is perfect! We had an awesome time staying at the Pickleball Palace! Kaitlyn was super easy to work with and always communicated ahead of time with us. The house fulfilled all of our needs and more! The kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms well-cleaned, and the backyard was a ton of fun! From pickleball to basketball, to cornhole, to the hot tub, it really does have it all! Would highly recommend!
