📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half-hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

This place was a huge hit with our family, including three teens/tweens and a grandparent (6 total). The kids absolutely loved the pickleball court and all the inside and outside games. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The master bath was beautiful and the beds were comfy.<br/>The communication was a bit challenging at times. It was often unclear if we were communicating with a person or a bot, since we sometimes received odd or contradictory responses. Overall, most of our issues were eventually resolved after some back and forth, including the delivery of some missing kitchen items via instacart.<br/>The hot tub was not well maintained. When we arrived, the water level was below some of the jets, the "hot tub" smell was strong, and the jets built up tons of foam, indicating a chemical imbalance. The management was "working on a solution" for three days but never had anyone come by to work on it. Good house to stay we had a great time, many games where we had too much fun. I thank Kaitlyn for her hospitality It was really great staying at pickleball palace. My family and I just got into playing the game and I think in the three days we stayed there and just played all morning. It was tons of fun and to maximize that bring a group. The place was nice and clean spacious!
