The farmhouse features a ranch layout with no stairs, ensuring easy access throughout. Enjoy the covered patio with a hot tub, fire pit, and seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Located just a short walk from Red Rock Canyon Open Space, you can easily indulge in hiking and outdoor activities. Minutes away from Downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, and USAFA, you'll have plenty of options for entertainment and sightseeing.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire Farmhouse to include the private patio consisting of the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor furniture! We are thrilled for the opportunity to host you while on your travels!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Shared Property: We have multiple units set up on the 3-acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, the house and its wonderfully detailed patio are all yours for your stay!
💦 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at extremely cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

The Farmhouse is spacious and very well-kept. And while I enjoyed my stay, the inconvenience of dealing with a malfunctioning washer and air vent in the master bathroom took away from what was an otherwise pleasant experience. My cousins and I loved this spot. It felt very homey and cozy, the hot tub was a great plus. Kaitlyn was very nice and responsive! We loved staying here!! The hot tub was perfect and the home was clean and super nice! Regardless of there being other units, it was very peaceful. Our highlight was seeing the baby goats :) Kaitlyn’s property was perfect for everything we needed. It was as advertised, easy to check in, and Kaitlyn was extremely responsive to questions. It was 10 minutes from Colorado College, which made it easy to visit our daughter and we would definitely stay here again.
