One of the worst places I’ve stayed at in Colorado. The unit was not clean, spiders, mold in the bathroom. It didn’t really look like the pictures, pretty worn down. The couch is extremely loud and uncomfortable as well as the bed. The upstairs “tenants” were extremely loud and kept us up 2 nights in a row (they were running, stomping, slamming doors, etc from 8pm-7am both nights) to the point we didn’t sleep and had to leave and get a hotel somewhere else. The “host” said they would take care of the problem but they didn’t. The rental agreement they have you sign has all of these rules and fees that they don’t even enforce for other tenants (noise levels, cleanliness, etc). Extremely disappointing. The location was great, with an absolutely stunning view of the mountains when you walked outside. The place was clean and cozy. Kaitlyn did an absolutely amazing job of responding if I needed anything. She was kind, courteous and very welcoming. I would stay at any location she was in charge of, it was a truly wonderful customer service experience. I can’t recommend this location and Kaitlyn enough. Kaitlyn's place was excellent. The only challenge we had was that we were visiting on Labor Day weekend when a balloon festival was taking place in the park across the street. The festival itself was great and we didn't even hear it inside. However, there were extra cars on the side street where we were supposed to park and it wasn't immediately clear which spot was ours. We contacted Kaitlyn and she responded immediately. As it happened, the extra vehicles were leaving revealing the marked space we hadn't seen before. Everything turned out fine, but we really appreciated Kaitlyn's quick reply and willingness to make sure our space was available to us. The apartment was nice and met our needs. The arcade room was an interesting bonus even though we didn't end up using it. And the location was convenient to everything we had planned for the weekend. Stayed with my 14 year old son for some father/son time - enjoyed having a large park across the street for walking/fishing and had father/son foosball grudge matches. A comfortable place to stay with everything we needed
