📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Exterior security cameras on property
When entering the house, there was a very noticeable smell. Upon investigation, it was the garbage disposal and garbage can that smelled awful. I tried to do a load of laundry and the washing machine stunk like mildew so I definitely didn’t use it. There was debris stuck on the exhaust fan in the primary bedroom and hair still in the shower drain. G

Kaitlyn was a very attentive host. Kept in contact with me from the booking, to checking in, and even during the week making sure she answered my questions.The place itself was very nice. Very quiet and comfortable and in an awesome neighborhood PRO: <br/>The home was as described in pictures - beds were comfortable and there was space for my family of 7 to spread out. Kaitlyn was very prompt at responding to all of my messages (I had A LOT). The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and beautiful. Some issues were addressed very quickly. <br/>CON: The cleaning staff needs to do a better job. There was a press on nail and hair in the shower drain upstairs, most of the dishes had bits of food stuck to them. The dishwasher was broke and was not fixed while we were there (7 nights) and I read a previous review stating the same thing so I’m assuming it’s just never been fixed. There are 0 cleaning products provided in the home other than some bug spray in the kitchen. No broom, vacuum, cleaning spray or anything was available. This wouldn’t be a problem for a short stay but for a 7 day stay it was a problem. You can tell this is run by a property management company instead of a person who takes care of and stocks their own home.
