🔑 Enjoy the entire house and property during your stay! You will have access to the whole property to include the washing machine and dryer, the well-stocked kitchen, bedroom, living room, and the awesome back yard! We have done our best to make sure that you have all the amenities and more during your stay! Please help yourselves to it all! From the complimentary coffee, creamer, drinks, and snacks to the fun train environment we have created, we are hopeful it will be a great stay!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
🌡️ Seasonal Cooling: Please note that the portable AC unit at Station 130 is seasonally installed and has been removed for the cooler months.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout fee is $20 per half-hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🚂 Proximity to Downtown: We are VERY close to downtown in an up-and-coming area that is also right by the railroad tracks. You will hear the frequent trains passing through town and see transients in the area near the Salvation Army. Our home is safe, fully fenced, and ready for a great vacation!

Babysitter recommendations
Top patio is nice. If you value not being hot and stuffy, might want to make sure the portable AC floor unit isn’t still mostly held together by tape and actually works. For dog owners, there is no access to the backyard from the house. You must walk out front door, walk around side, and open gate to access backyard. It’s not totally secure. There is a space on the side of the house that dogs can get around to the front yard. Small dogs can escape. Neighborhood is a bit sketch if you go on a walk. Great place and great experience, I'd happily return. A few things to note: There is no workspace (like a desk or such) even though the title includes the word "workspace". The small kitchen table is too high (or the kitchen chairs too low) for comfortable laptop work. I made it work but I wouldn't want to spend 8 hours a day on the computer here. The neighborhood has some riffraff walking on the streets but they kept to themselves and I was comfortable walking the dog in it. The Yale lock system failed to let me in but the hosts were instantly responsive and thankfully they pointed me to a backup key to use. So it all worked great. My most serious complaint is the surprise of, after booking, I got texts to complete my checkin via a third party website. Looked like spam or scam. I finally determined it's part of the property management company that operates this property, so it's ok. But it had me agree to an additional set of rules that I wasn't prepared to mentally process J

3 Day Stay
I was late making reservations and was glad to find the place. The description is accurate. The street is near downtown and a bit sketch. The inside was redone nicely. Be aware there is no closet, and only two small hanger stands. You won't be unpacking. Suitcase on the floor.The bed is comfortable and the couch, though older is full size.The bath is dark, and the shower good. The washer and dryer is a great touch.There is one heater in the LR, no heat in the BR or bath. The bath needed it.I found new gratitude for every other host I've had as renjoy was unable to accommodate a bag drop. It forced a new errand into a tight schedule. The autolock never worked. but there was a physical key drop box. Responses were quick.
