🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Exterior security cameras on property
Our stay here was fantastic. Beds and pillows were really comfy, the fully stocked kitchen was great and it was clean and cozy. Having a washer/ dryer was a must! The house is within walking distance to coffee, fast food, Mexican and Chinese, all within a couple blocks. The arcade was great and we all had fun! There was a great park that the kids loved right across the street. The only thing i didn't care for is that the house was situated in what felt like a parking lot between an alley and a very busy main road. But overall our stay was was great and Kaitlyn was a great host! r

Management was confusing…sometimes communication was with verbo, sometimes it was with renjoy. Sometimes it was through email, sometimes text. There was no wayto speak with a person. Jenna

Right at the edge of Memorial Park so it was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean. Something guests may want to know that the floors creak very loudly and you can hear the traffic/ neighborhood noises. Everything else was perfect!! Highly recommend. A
