🔑 During your stay at Vibrant Watermelon, you will have complete access to the entire guesthouse and all its amenities. This includes the cozy bedrooms, inviting living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, and your private fenced backyard with a hot tub and gas grill. The property is shared with the main house, but you’ll enjoy your own private entrance, dedicated parking spaces, and exclusive use of the backyard and hot tub. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible—don’t hesitate to reach out with any special requests or questions!
🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

I was looking for a quiet place to relax and also a good work space. This Air BB did not disappoint. The hot-tub was perfectly hot and allowed some much needed relax time for me and the kitchen was user friendly with a lot of space to cook. D

The house was clean and exactly as pictured and there were some snacks left for us to enjoy - a nice touch. The area is definitely close to many attractions. The host responded very quickly to all correspondence. Unfortunately there were a few surprises. The 2 initial codes I was given to check in didn't work. The host did call with a new one that allowed us into the house. We booked this place for a few reasons. Two of those were the fenced in yard (fence isn't all the way to the ground so we couldn't let the dog out without being leashed) and another was the hot tub (not working for us). After requesting a partial refund, I was told I'll be issued one, which I do appreciate. However, I did have to ask; it wasn't offered. I would also suggest that the bathtub drain be cleaned. We stood in ankle deep water whenever we took a shower. T
