You are allowed to park overnight on Pikes Peak Ave for free! Parking on S 25th street is metered but no overnight is allowed. The public parking lot behind the building is free during the day, but no overnight parking is allowed there either.

If you wish to hang out in the apartment, we wish there was a bit more furniture (and a shower bench for shaving) to sit on/put our drinks on/etc. If you are looking for a great location to get out and explore the bars, shops, and restaurants with a super convenient place to sleep- this is your place! To our surprise there was hair on the bathroom walls, the beds were unbearably firm (maybe a mattress topper would help?). The sheets that were on one of the beds had some hair and pilling. The location is fantastic though and the kitchen was well stocked.Show more Very convenient location right in Old Colorado City. Close to plenty of great places to eat and drink.
