🚪 Enter through the gate on the left side of the house. As you walk through the front door, you'll be welcomed by the modern living area and updated kitchen. The master bedroom features a king bed and a brand new 50-inch Roku TV to relax after a day’s worth of adventure. The sleeper sofa in the living room has a new memory foam mattress for a relaxing night’s sleep.
🍽️ Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, a microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig.
🏡 Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea, creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. You'll also have access to a private washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.
🛁 For your convenience, the bathroom is well-stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.

🧴 Amenities: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout fee is $20 per half hour late.
💲 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🏡 Shared Space: This is a lower unit of a duplex. Both units are being rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests. This is the only shared space.
💧 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay at Kings Hideaway! The views from the yards were great! We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and the hot tub watching the sunset behind the mountains. The rental had everything that you could need and lots of extras if you’re traveling with little ones. The high chair and pack and play were great additions. Plenty of towels and linens and washer and dryer was accessible if needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with items you would need for cooking or coffee! The bed and pillows were comfy as well. Our host were very attentive and made sure we were up to date on everything and very responsive if I reached out to them. We would stay here again!Show more Monica

The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. We had everything that we needed and felt right at home. The backyard views of the mountains were amazing. There’s so much to see and do and lots of places to eat at that are a very close distance from the home.
We reached out just days before our trip to see if we could add an additional day to our stay and Kaitlyn responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our request.
