Cozy ġplace to stay but would not stay again due to not being able to control the thermostat and also due to the stompin The unit was very clean and and had everything we needed. Also a convenient location for our needs. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend. Kaitlyn is very responsive and proactively communicates. The place was clean and cozy, kitchen was pretty well stocked, the neighborhood is both quiet and close to lots of things to do. It is a basement appartment so you do hear the upstairs neighbors but no more than you would in an appartment building. The only wierd thing is there is no thermostat. I'm guessing there is only one for the house and it's upstairs. We were fine but I could see that potentially being a challenge. Overall though I would happily stay here again A
