☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.

Great place, full of interesting art and architecture. The kids really enjoyed exploring the place. We enjoyed the view from the top floor and hot tub! It’s almost walkable, but a short drive to the old downtown main strip with lots of great places to dine and shop. We’ll likely return to this house again…so much charm! It was a very unique and wonderful home. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area. My stay at Kaitlyn's A-Frame in Colorado Springs was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the unique and cozy charm of this home. The A-frame design itself is stunning, and the large windows let in so much natural light, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.<br/>The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It felt both modern and rustic, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to cook, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.<br/>The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still conveniently close to all of Colorado Springs' main attractions. One of the best air bnbs we’ve stayed at! The place was so cozy & felt like we were at home. Very close to the places we wanted to go! And a nice Mountain View from the top decks. Would go back again!
