🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities, facilities, house and cottage. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Enjoy private access to the entire unit. The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Royale and is also available to book.

🏡 Rockies Rainbow Road is one unit of a duplex. The other unit, Rockies Royale, is also available for rent! If you have a large group and need double the space, you can book both units for a total of 6 bedrooms!
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

A Home away from home! Thank you Kaitlyn and friends for making our stay a beautiful experience for our family! 💖 This was our first stay in the area and I brought along my family to visit our army son stationed in Fort Carson! We booked this space for its whimsical atmosphere and we were shocked upon arrival to see the space was MORE than the photos described! The special touches from a welcome card, games and books for our kids, a full kitchen where we had our early thanksgiving celebration as our army kids won’t be able to visit us back home truly made this a memorable tradition and we hope to be back again at the rainbow room soon! The game room was a big hit and we had a movie night in the upstairs living room! Our kids enjoyed stargazing by the fire and the morning views were enjoyed with coffee provided by our host Kaitlyn which was attentive to our needs the entire time and very happy to accommodate what we needed for our kids and family to feel welcomed, comfortable and happy The ambiance and decor was amazing!! The only minor issue was the downstairs shower floor drain was slow, otherwise our stay was perfect! Great hosts, nice and clean!!! All around great location! Food near by,scenery is beautiful and love how the home is filled with entertainment from adults to children. This Airbnb was the cutest get away with such a fun vibe inside and out, Kaitlyn was also an amazing host very responsive and all around kind! Our family absolutely loved our stay and look forward to booking again!
