📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Kaitlyn’s place was perfect for our family of 4! The unit was really well stocked & super cute! We loved the outside space and the garage door is a really cool feature. We definitely would recommend & would love to stay again in the future! Margaret

I was there with my 2 grown daughters. This place was very comfortable and cozy for a long, fall weekend. We cooked most meals and had all the tools we needed. The location was a short drive to the nature spots we wanted to visit. It was also great for running and exploring the local neighborhoods. Old Colorado City is a cute, small town for visiting shops and getting a coffee. Kandace

This Airbnb was the perfect getaway for our Colorado Springs trip! The house was well-kept, peaceful, and close to all the main attractions like Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Kaitlyn’s hospitality and thoughtful touches made our stay extra special. We’d absolutely come back!
