You will have access to the entire house! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time. The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay :)

Surrounded by stunning mountain views and lush greenery, Wolff Place offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its tree-lined streets and well-maintained sidewalks invite leisurely strolls and provide a safe, family-friendly environment.
The location provides easy access to a variety of amenities. Just a short drive away, you'll find a wealth of dining options, boutique shops, and cultural attractions. Parks and recreational spaces are abundant, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike.
The house is just 2 miles off the highway. A grocery store is within walking distance (King Soopers). Tourist attractions in Colorado Springs are within a 10-mile radius. The house can easily accommodate 6 cars. The driveway is not paved and is about 300 feet long to the house, and about 100 feet in height from the main road. There is a panoramic view of Colorado Springs from the house.
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

This place was fabulous. Such beautiful views. I booked this house for try e Neuroscience Educational Institute conference at the Broadmoor every year. I booked it for me and my employees who were attending the conference. It was so beautiful, spacious and ticked to the back. We enjoyed our stay here.
